I was in a bind a few months ago and tried another repair shop in WLR and was very dissatisfied. I came to Troy when my issues were still not resolved, and he spent a long time offering me guidance on a WiFi issue I was having free of charge. I decided to subscribe to a monthly tech support plan through him. I've used the plan for periodic maintenance, help trying to recover files on a corrupted SD card, fan replacement on my laptop, and WiFi adapter replacement on my laptop. He has been prompt, professional, and courteous in all my interactions with him. He is highly knowledgeable and has done everything he can to address my concerns and issues fully. He has kept me well-informed of the status of the work he is doing and expected turn-around time. I am a CPA and can't afford to have down time - I appreciate that he has turned work around on a weekend so I'm back up and running by Monday. I can't express what a relief it is to have someone to go to with my IT issues so I can focus on what I do best, which is working for my own clients.
