I have been using GreenTech for about 9 years and all 6 of my companies. They are the most responsive and knowledgeable group of people I've ever worked with. No job is too small or too larger for them to handle. Their web department is the best in the industry and their support team can't be beat!!

As a former marketing manager, I struggled with two web site developers, for several years, for two, new web sites. Expenses were high, hassles were never-ending and frustration was an inherent part of these difficult challenges. I truly learned about web site development.I'm now retired, but am president of a club, whose former web site was dated and very ineffective to the times. We wanted to grow as a club, by expanding our influence and presence via the internet. Enter Green Technology Services. For free, they designed a tremendous, new web site for us, which effectively and attractively encompasses all of our vision, purposes and desires. Unlike my former web developers, Green continually offered better recommendations to our sometimes uninformed suggestions and all within its very, modest, monthly fee. We're sold!

To the Owner: from the reviews your company starts with delivering high quality of services - though lacking on retention customer service skills: I am a professional Retention specialist for a international communications company and I deal with customers who have signed contracts electronically, too. The one thing I would offer is to weight your choices - We can always choose your actions though we can't choose our consequences - Meaning that when you publically engage a customer which has a public base as large as the one you claimed to have started a hate campaign against your company over a remaining few months and a small amount of (ETF) Early Termination Fee. A public statement rebuttal action may produce a double negative consequence. One you will not get referrals from the customer to his large public base, and it damages the company's integrity. When skillfully handled both you and your customer would have produced a resolution that will make you future money and a customer happy to do repeat services. So your one star is based on lack of customer service skill.

Green Technology and their Web Department, Coleen & Mike have done a fantastic job with our website. It is actually a work in progress for the past 9 or 10 months and they have been really great with the updates and changes we felt that we needed to make our site better. Because we are a non-profit Gary Green cut us a break on the costs and he still provides the services just as though we paid full price!At this point we feel we have one of the best websites within our organization, thanks to Green Technology!

Green Technology Services took our website to a new level of excellence! We work with Colleen on a weekly basis, upgrading and making changes to our site and have had experienced "zero" issues. In fact, Colleen's design ideas are usually at a higher quality then we had initially envisioned ourselves, making our non-profit's reputation even higher.
