You get what you pay for, and greene wireless is no exception. The price is decent, but the service is very unreliable. If you decide to use greene wireless, expect frequent outages, poor customer service, and download and upload speeds under one mps at times. Use at your own discresstion.

Can’t say I had a good experience. Asked about upgrading memory n a laptop. They advised they don’t work on those. When asked if they could recommend someone, they said, no, no one is doing that anymore. Come on really? At least send me to the Geek Squad. I was trying to support local business and I got nothing. I understand he couldn’t help me but it could’ve gone a long way for his company’s name to be helpful and a bit more friendly.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They will not call you back when you call in with a problem. When you email them with a problem, it takes DAYS to get a response from them. Internet is slow and unreliable. Look elsewhere for your internet service!!!!
