I built this place as i was fed up of paying out money to rehearse in substandard, damp, sweaty places with broken amps and knackered kit. As a musician, life is hard enough so the vision was to make a studio which was relaxing but clean, functional and a pleasure to work in. We will soon have 7 rooms for hire, each with its own feel and character but the emphasis is on providing an environment to be creative. Hire is by the hour and starts from just £12.50 an hour (for a room and all of the kit in it!) Our smaller rooms are big enough for full bands and also have sofa's for guests. Our biggest room is perfect for 'bigger' bands or those who like to spread out. It's huge and we think it is the best live room you will find for miles around. Studio 7 is a small venue sized hall with stage!For recording, we have 2 control rooms (1 on each floor). 'Ground Control' on the ground floor is acoustically treated and can utilise studio 1, studio 2 and Studio 3 and ground control can itself be used for any recording from drum tracking through to vocals. If you opt for ''Major Tom' in the upstairs area, this is linked to the ground control room (and studio 1, 2 and 3) as well as Studio's 4, 5, 6 and 7 to provide 8 separate recording areas for multi tracking if required. Studio 4 is a self contained digital project studio complete with Roland TD50KVX drum kit, Allen and heath QU24 desk, line 6 guitar and bass processors and an iMac with Logic Pro X.We offer lock outs, recording, production, mixing, mastering, video production, duplication and also have our in house record label.
