The Griswold team has been a fantastic partner in helping to care for our mother. When we first approached them about four years ago, we were just looking for someone to keep Mom entertained--go shopping, out to lunch, etc. As Mom has aged, the care she has needed and been provided by the AMAZING Griswold caregivers has evolved too. The competent, caring office staff, the seamless billing process, and the high quality caregivers have all combined to make this service worth every penny.

The staff are very accommodating and kind. The information is informative and interesting. It makes a good program when the presenters are well informed and down to earth and not stuffy or timid. We at the Montour Senior Center in Danville, PA thoroughly enjoy their interest and time for us very much.

I couldn't find a better place to work if I tried. Working for a place where the boss actually cares for it's workers and clients is a bizarre concept for me; but that is exactly how it is. Andrew and his team are the most caring group of people I know and I'll always be thankful to work with them.

I am currently a caregiver for Griswold and have been since 2017. Ive worked for a few other agencies in the area and none of the agencies Ive worked for have treated not only their clients but caregivers so great. We are fully prepared when we go to a clients home and know about that client before we ever get there. All of the ladies in the office are amazing to work with and do everything in their power to give their clients and caregivers an amazing experience. We truly care about our clients as if they are family.

I have been with Grisswold for quite awhile now. I get the best care from the office and from my caregivers. Last Thanksgiving day and weekend, Angie set up 24hour care for me at the last moment. I still marvel at her ability to that with 24hour notice and I still ask God to bless the caregivers who gave up hours to spend with me on a major holiday. Griswold has never left me disappointed. Thank you Grisswold!

Griswold has been THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE determinant in my elderly mother being able to leave a nursing home and live with me. I selected Griswold after the initial intake interview with owner Heather and coordinator, Kristen. My takeaway from that process was that Griswold listens carefully, pays attention, observes the home setting and applicant and THEN... makes a very careful and precise match. Not once, have I been disappointed with someone they sent. In fact, Heather and Kristen "read" me and our home environment so accurately, that we are still with the original person. I have great respect and praise for this company, reflected from owners all the way through.
