Client Review on Guardian HomeCommunity Services

Feedback:

We are new to home health care services. We sought services from the Area Agency for the Aging and they were wonderful and super accommodating. I can NOT say the same for Guardian Home & Community Services. The person taking care of scheduling and completing intake interviews was incredibly rude. I hate to judge an entire company by their initial point of contact, but this lady made an impression.... a very bad impression. Was told that she did not receive our service contract from the Area Agency for the Aging, then amazingly enough, located it while we were on the phone. I was informed that she "was doing the job of two people", and that "Guardian has up to 14 days to perform an intake interview". I'm sorry, but if you are seeking these services, YOU NEED THEM NOW.... not in 14 days. I certainly hope that the individuals who come to my mom's home are nicer than this lady. Cold and prickly....
