Guardian Solutions is an essential part of our team. Our organization would not have launched without Guardian Solutions. They gave us the tools we needed to be successful within a budget manageable for a new non-profit organization. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to build a website, launch an organization, or establish a social media presence. Kadet Legacy Association was formed to launch and manage a website for Air Academy High School’s 60th Anniversary in 2017. We had no idea where to start and our decisions were made by committee. Guardian Solutions provided a structure and walked us through the whole process. They took our random ideas and formulated a website design that gave us the perfect platform to launch and room to grow beyond the 60th Anniversary year. The estimate was accurate and extremely reasonable. We knew our costs at every step. Multiple solutions with pros and cons were provided making our decision making well informed. Perhaps most importantly, Guardian Solutions was patient with us as we struggled to generate initial content on our end and then they jumped into action to meet our deadlines.Guardian Solutions also brought great creativity to our ideas. We wanted to represent 60 years of history and our motto “It’s in the Bricks”. With that little input, Guardian Solutions designed a website that perfectly captures our spirit. The look and feel is beyond what we could have imagined ourselves. Furthermore, the structure is designed to allow us to easily update the website ourselves as we grow. When we went live, Guardian Solutions was there to monitor everything and make sure our website was performing perfectly. Any issues were immediately corrected and they quickly eased our anxiety over the launch. After more than six months live, we have had only minor issues with the website and Guardian Solutions remains extremely responsive to our needs. In addition to the website, Guardian Solutions provided us with a comprehensive plan to launch our organization and build our network. They provided us a complete social media network with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube all connected to our website. Their training and guidance on using Facebook Ads helped us grow our network of Facebook Followers to 1,500+ within six months. As we became more comfortable with social media, they implemented EasyBlog on our website that connects all our content across the multiple platforms. They even set-up a Google phone number for us.
