Beware – Our family used Guardian for over 15 years in our previous home. We never had any issues but frankly never used them for anything other than the monitoring. Monitoring was fine but I am guessing you can get that from any number of providers in the Nashville area. What should stand out among the myriad alarm monitoring companies is their customer service. This is my complaint. After being a loyal customer for 15 years, we sold our house and downsized to a fixer upper. I sent a cancellation letter to Guardian but the monthly charges continued. In the midst of the move, the renovations, some problems at the new house and some health problems for my wife, I failed to notice the continued automatic monthly charges. After several months, I noticed the charges and called to find out the issue. Apparently, Guardian either never received my cancellation or failed to account for it. In any event, I spoke to Justin at their office to cancel my contract and to see about getting a refund for the prior months where I was not even the owner of the house. Justin was professional but unrelenting in disallowing any refund. When I asked to speak to the owner, Justin forwarded an email of introduction to Christian Hess (Managing Partner) and Danny Campbell (Owner and President). That was two weeks ago and I have yet to hear from either of them. I followed up with separate emails of my own but sadly neither of them would take the time to even acknowledge me. After 15 years - absolutely no loyalty and not even the courtesy of a return phone call or email. Service is what stands out among the number of choices you have available in alarm companies and, for me, this was very disappointingly missing. I would beware and know that if I was treated this way after 15 years of patronage that you are just another contract and money in their pocket. All this over a measly $200 in service fees that I received no benefit from.Thanks for the call Dan and the reasonable solution. As my review stated, customer service is what makes service companies stand out from their competition. You addressed my issues and concerns. I sincerely appreciate it! Thanks

The staff has been very helpful. I am in the process of building a home and they are prewiring my house for a surround sound and mounting all my tvs. They are knowledgeable were able to answer all of my questions. This being my 1st home, i didnt think every thing through. I called to change some things and they took care of it with no hassle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guardian. Great and professional staff...what more could you ask for.

The technician (Mark) Guardian sent out for the installation for our in-home network/wifi and security was first rate and outstanding. Mark's work is the definition of meticulous. Fastidious and precise, Mark is a true pro who was careful to explain the function(s) of the system in a meaningful manner. He was also helpful in setting up and explaining the security phone application. If we need assistance in the future, I would specifically request to be placed onto Mark's calendar.

Peter and Jason were absolutely fantastic. Multiple TVs were mounted including a TV outside. Peter installed the WAP and explained in detail how it works. Nothing but professionalism with these guys. Highly recommend.

Took them 4 days to provide a bid that was promised that afternoon. Verbally confirmed twice that we were scheduled for installation, only to learn the day before that we actually were not on schedule at all. Offered a free key fob for the hassle of not having home security for yet another week. Ridiculous customer service, no commitment to customer satisfaction.

Peter was extremely professional and did a great job installing my tv, WiFi modem and security system. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain all of the features of my new security system and made sure to answer any of my questions. Jonathan also was great in helping mount my new tv and was courteous and very professional.
