Feedback:

Contacted Halo online asking for a sample keychain. They requested that I pay for shipping, then without explanation or logic sent me a catalog and microfiber cloth.... which cost more to ship than the requested keychain which they never sent me. Then they keep emailing me asking me if I want to pay for a sample keychain. Why didn't they just send it in the first place? Why pay shipping to send other stuff I DID NOT request? Ridiculous.
