I have used HANS photo for our family's passport photos (they do other stuff too!) since my children were babies. Other friends with infants who went elsewhere in Victoria had their passport applications rejected and had to do re-takes of the photos, I never had that problem, and always recommend HANS to anyone for passport photos. We have been happy every time. Kids were 5 mo and 3 weeks when the photos were taken for their first passports. 5 years and 3.5 the next time (and actually, more challenging). Friendly, professional, and fast. Thank you!
