Just had my hardwood floors refinished by this group of professionals. All that I can say is.....wow!!! They came out fantastic. The service was great and the entire crew is excellent. Please call them, you won't be disappointed. Alex, Eugene, Michelle and the entire crew are an incredible team. I even had an area that needed some rehab and it looks great!! Great people and great service. They installed new floors on the main floor with a custom stun color. Wow!!! Fantastic.Recently, they just completed my basement too and again; just great service and great pricing.If you are looking for new flooring options give Eugene and his crew a call; you’ll thank me later.

Refinish job was OK but I wish they treated my home with a little more respect (tracking sawdust into other rooms and not even trying to clean up, using my vacuum attachments and not cleaning them.) A follow up phone call would have avoided this post as well.

Good experience. Alex came to house and looked at sub floor to give us options as i was replacing and repairing. We went with the new US floors vinyl with cork and are very happy. Also refinished hardwood in bedroom. Only suggestion would be more communication on arrival times.

The store is amazing! Go into the store and pick out the floor of your dreams; then have them professionally install them. These guys are super professional and totally trustworthy. They do an amazing job in a very reasonable amount of time with very little mess. I went to many stores and shopped online to try to find the floor that was perfect for my newly remodeled kitchen. Happy Floors had the floor I had been looking for and was not near the expense I thought it would be.
