Have them come out to service our digital sign they took the whole day to open it and didn't even remove the part and then they broke two parts inside Said sign.

Contacted two separate times first time we met I showed the gentlemen what I wanted he said he put a quote together, so I waited and never heard back. Called got told some lame story and that he would get back to me right away that was 2 weeks ago still have not heard anything. Not sure the quality because they will not even quote just a waste of time.
