Update (5.14.19)It's been a while since my initial review and I wanted to reiterate how impressed I am with the quality of work and communication provided by Harlo Interactive and their team. Since I last wrote, Harlo completed an extremely complex product builder redevelopment that lasted approximately 3 months. Their attention to detail, flexibility, and problem solving helped evolve this project throughout development, and I could not be happier with the end result. I hired Harlo Interactive to work on www.miadonna.com throughout 2016 and 2017, and their work to-date has been impeccable. They understand the nuances of eCommerce and in particular the importance excellent U/I and U/X plays in the conversion funnel. I strongly recommend any eCommerce business hire Harlo if they are looking for high quality work, thought leadership, and outstanding customer service.
