I collaborated with Harp on social media strategy, marketing content and crisis communications. Our organization benefited from the quality of social media content, engagement and patient acquisition as we developed following and reach through several creative campaigns. In addition to strategy and services, Harp created tutorials and workshops for our clinicians and staff members to become more skilled in social media.
