It took one week for pricing!It took another month for 1st proof (poor quality proof)It took a 2nd month of no progress for me to cancel the order!So, 2 months and no product! I tried a NEW company and had a finished product in 3 daysOwner is very unprofessional and there is NO internal process or procedure andNO COMMUNICATION - They don't return phone calls or emails.I am a professional buyer and this is the worst vendor customer service I have received in the past 31 years in business.I understand having a "bad day" or 2 but 60 bad days in a row - I don't think so!
