Feedback:

The worst hospital I've ever been forced to be at. The Nursing staff loudly shares the stories of all the patients at the nursing station, joking about how crazy each person is. They're disgusting horribly people.

Feedback:

Don't try to work here. They are dishonest about sign on bonuses and they jerk their employees around every chance they can. I am only giving one star because 0 isn't an option.

Feedback:

The care my father has received at this hospital is so bad, the Dr's are wonderful, but the nursing staff are among the worse, they should be ashamed.

Feedback:

The emergency staff was very pleasant and professional very pleasant my experience in this hospital 🏥 was excellent if I was sick again I would want to come back here

Feedback:

GF was admitted to the hospital as she has a medical condition and was having seizures. Doctor had never heard of the condition so I suggested that he contact the specialist she is seeing to find out more about the condition. He commented, “Why would I do that”.On the 5th day in the hospital, GF had over 40 seizures in two hours (serious). I asked the nurse’s several times can she Please have anti-seizure medicine per the hospitals seizure protocol. The nurses said no, doctor wants to do some test and wants to have blood drawn (which they had to do between seizures). After two hours the seizures they finally stopped on their own. Nurses came in and said she can now have the anti-seizure medicine.I asked the doctor about it the next day, he said he never said GF could not have anti-seizure medicine….very strange. Walt Lowry

Feedback:

This place should be shut down. They did not care about the folks in the ER. I’ll stick with Silverdale.

Dan BraleySmh. I couldn't believe what a terrible experience I had there. I took my girlfriend there because her face was swelled up like a balloon and had a terrible rash over most of her upper body. They submitted us to the hospital from the ER. My girlfriend told them that it was a reaction from stress and that it had happened in the past. The dr didn't give it much thought then left the room. But an hour later these nurses started coming in wanting all these blood samples. When I asked what they were all for they kept telling me they didn't know. After switching the location of her IV at least a half a dozen.times and multiple shots and draw points in between my girlfriends arms are covered in needle marks. One that left a dark bruise about 4" long x 2" wide!!! My girlfriend has anxiety and stress issues so I needed to stay w/ her while we were there so she would stay calm. I told the staff that and they said that it was fine unless we have to put a 2nd person in the room then they said I couldn't stay w/ her overnight. Again I explained the situation and they said we would figure it out. The next day "Monday" they bring this +500 lb handicapped lady in there w/ the worst case of cellulitis I've ever seen. Her leg was so swelled up you couldn't see her toes on her foot and it was dripping on the floor!!! She was super loud and mentally handicapped... Really?!?!?!?! Are you f%$^^ kidding me?!?!?!?! My girlfriend didn't have cellulitis why the hell would you expose her to it??? I would tell you much more in graphic detail but I only want to make you aware not make you vomit. Eventually they removed that mess and we were back to our own peaceful room. We went to bed. Things were getting better then around midnight they come in wake us u pop and tell me "company policy" I can't stay in the room because they're gonna be bringing in another patient?!?!?! We left there around 1 am w/ nothing. No answers, no prescriptions for the antibiotics or steroids they had been giving her, and not a clue on what to do going forward. Thanks a lot Harrison Medical Center, never again....

Got in got out in a timely fashion, service has improved here at Harrison Emergency

The security staff harrassed my adult son and two sober living advocates who accompanied him to the ER. My son was experiencing a medical crisis. We promplty filed a complaint afterward. The security officers were dishonest in their account so nothing has changed. We will continue to pursue this matter because we feel strongly no patient should be treated this way. We went to the medical center in Silverdale and were received in a much better way. DO NOT go here seeking medical care - you will not be treated with the kindness, care or dignity.

Feedback:

Hospital of doom. First time I went there with pain in my stomache knowing it was related to my gallbladder. The doctor didn't even examin me or ask questions literally just toldme i have a bruised rib despite telling him i did nothing to cause a bruised rib amd have been having gallbladder attacks and wrote me a pain script. Im glad I didn't listem to him because turns out my spleen was inflamed from my gallbladder and ended up having my gallbladder removed. The second time (4 years later!) i went in for some edema..i also happened to have a scrape from falling. The doctor walks in glanced at my leg amd said you have tetanus. When i told him the scratch and swelling were not related he saod oh well ill still gove you a tetanus shot for the scrape and a diuretic for the swelling. Even after telling him i have taken diuretics and the swelling hasnt gone away for over a week he never touched my damn leg..no exam what so ever. When i voiced concern of other possible causes he just smirked and laughed and walked out. I waited over half hour for the diuretic script meanwhile hes out at the nurses station watching YouTube videos laughing it up with the nurses. This place is a freaking joke and its scary as hell these ignorant heartless dimwits have peoples lives in their hands.
