Knowing that a logo identifies a brand, I wanted to hire a design company that truly understood the narrative and message behind my business. Plus, I needed to hire a designer who could complete the logo in only a few days. When I contacted Madeleine, I was amazed by her quick response--less than 24 hours! Unlike other companies (who took 1-3 days), I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and high interest. After scheduling a conference call to discuss the project, I knew instantly that I trusted her expertise. Plus, I truly honored her passion for design and willingness to take on a challenge. She showed no hesitation to take on the project, even knowing the logo needed to be completed in only a few days. When it came to the design, she was very honest when providing feedback on my ideas.
