My most trusted dry cleaner and tailor for 5 years. Everything they do comes out beautifully: from the cleaning of simple white silk blouses to the alteration of complex, red lace ball gowns. They also urgently altered the poor fitting sleeves of a beautiful and expensive dress same day.Personal, friendly service that is 100%.

I start using them after they press my wrinkle shirt collar for FREE in the summer. The girls at the front desk are very nice and I really like their text messaging when my clothes need extra care. Also, They have a very nice tailor at the shop who does my patches very well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was probably the worst tailoring I've ever seen. I brought in a cropped sweatshirt that was too big and they completely butchered the sleeves, one was thicker than the other, and they left all the extra material on the inside of the sweatshirt rather than cutting it out, making the whole piece unwearable. I brought it back in to see if they could fix it and they wanted to charge me an extra $30 for their mistake, on top of the $40 I already paid at the beginning. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced, not to mention outrageously priced for how awful the tailoring was. Do not bring anything here to get tailored! Awful experience.

I had a coat wardrobe malfunction on a cold day. Ben at Hattan Cleaners looked at my old zipper (with teeth and thread missing; as well as broken zipper tab) and gently suggested I go to a nearby store to buy a new coat since it would cost more to replace the whole zipper. He then did a temporary fix for me to get me through until then and he did that free of charge. I plan to go back to Hattan Cleaners for any tayloring or dry cleaning I need.

With so many options in the neighborhood, Hattan Cleaners has proven to be trusted time and time again. The same family has been in business for over 35 years! Pretty unheard of these days.Once you drop off your clothes, you'll know why. They are very focused on providing the best service and are not shy about turning away work, if they can't guarantee for my satisfaction.After just a few visits, they now remember my name and all I have to do, is drop my bag off and I'm all set! If they find any issues, they even text me!The best part is the price. They are extremely reasonable for the top level service. I highly recommend them, you can trust them... and you can be sure that they'll be around for a while.
