Our 15 year anniversary is today and we had the privilege of having Hawaii Video Memories video our wedding. We had our video at the time on VHS and have since gotten rid of our VHS players about 10 years or so now. For quite sometime I’ve been wanting to convert of video tape to something digital but never had the time or kept forgetting. Now that it was our 15 yr Anniversary I decided to give it as a present to my husband. It was 2 weeks away and I thought Costco could just convert it and I was disappointed that they couldn’t due to copyright. I thought I may have now lost my opportunity to give it as a gift, but I called Hawaii Video Memories hoping they were still there and to my amazement they still were! I spoke with Todd and told him that I wanted to give it as our anniversary gift and he told me that I could just send the video to them and they could convert it immediately. I shipped it over Labor Day weekend and the day they received it, our video was in my email that evening! I showed it to my husband and our 11 yr old son, who had never seen it. It was so wonderful to see our wedding day again! Thank you Hawaii Video Memories for reliving the best day of our life! Mahalo!

My wife and I had our wedding in Maui a few months ago and hired Todd and his team at Hawaii Video Memories as our videographers. We felt they were kind, respectful about asking for certain angles, and generally knew what they were doing. A few days ago we received the highlight film of the wedding in an usb drive via mail, and after watching it we were blown away by how beautiful the film is! We have seen a number of other videographer's films and the majority looks ok - scenes are pieced together like a home video but a bit better with music and better angles and what not. But Todd & crew's film is much better, with great choices of footage, focus, camera movements, lighting, etc etc makes for a beautiful, professional story-telling, and that simply took our breathes away. Can't recommend these guys enough!

We got in contact with Todd from Hawaii Video Memories through Merriman's Kapalua. He was extremely responsive and his website makes it easy to communicate everything you'd like to include or exclude in your video. We were looking to have a cinematic video and he is very talented at what he does. He is energetic and easy to work with- we would highly recommend him!

Todd and everyone at Hawaii Video Memories is truly amazing. There is so much to say about them i could go on and on, but I won’t do that to you. All you need to know is they are very professional and attentive to your every need. My wife and I got married at Olowalu Plantation House in March, Todd was receptive of the vision we had and he executed it all to a tee. We could not have asked for a better video. Todd and his staff you top of the line equipment, they have lots of experience in videography and it really shows in their videos. My wife and I live in California and were a little afraid because we couldn’t be as hands on with the planning prior to the wedding. Todd was easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even met with us prior to the wedding when we made a visit. He explained everything clearly and easy for someone with no video experience to understand. He was very reassuring and made the process stress free. A big concern with having a wedding video is that we thought it may interrupt with us enjoying our day. Also we didn’t want a video that appeared to be staged. Todd was perfect at staying in the shadows and honestly we almost forgot he was filming us. He made us so comfortable and captured all of the candid moments. Our video was not at all staged and we couldn’t be happier with the result. After this review, I give Todd and his staff 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Hawaii Video Memories was amazing and I’d hire them again if I had too. Todd is now apart of our family and I truly believe that. He makes you feel like more than a client. If you had any doubts about a video, end your search here and hire Todd! Thank you Todd and everyone else at HVM!

Hawaii Video Memories was recommended to us by our wedding planner Kim at Island Wedding Memories. Todd requested a few details about our story, but we were happy to let him have creative freedom. We knew we wanted a video of the ceremony as well as a short highlight video, and Todd absolutely delivered. We met him on the day of the wedding, and he was very professional and easy to work with. In terms of value for money, we couldn't have possibly asked for more. We're thrilled we now have these two beautiful videos as a reminder of the best day of our lives. My husband and I are so happy with the video of our wedding by Todd and his team at Hawaii Video Memories. They were recommended by our wedding coordinators at the Four Seasons. They did an amazing job capturing all of our intimate highlights, all the while working inconspicuously in the background. Watching the video allowed us to relive our special day, we are so appreciative of being able to do this and much of the day is a whirlwind. The quality of the video was superb, we felt like movie stars in our own story. We will cherish this video forever.
