As a non-profit, it is crucial that our organization have tools for raising awareness of our program and attracting volunteers. HCP's staff listened to our needs and targeted audience, and then worked to help make this awareness happen. While they created several 'tools' for our use, two were especially notable: an award winning documentary about the state's first courthouse facility dog, and a PSA with Tony and Lauren Dungy that was used in several media formats. HCP's staff was always open to discussions on sharing and enhancing ideas, quick to respond to correspondence and calls, and ready with professional advice.

The “Marketing Profession” would benefit greatly by adopting HCP as a role model (and poster child). From our first meeting with Sean and Eric, it was obvious we selected the most talented and professional team in Tampa to help build a brand that will soon be recognized throughout Florida. These guys went to work immediately on a perfect title for creating the Military Learning Center of Tampa Bay at Veterans Memorial Park. They were also instrumental in gaining budget support from the State to build the first phase of a county-wide effort to improve service and support to the veteran community.
