I have lost count of how many people I have referred to Jonathan. I first worked with him when he was still in school in 2010 or something. I had an idea for a simple, flexible, online community service listing for Abbotsford... I knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for (and have a bit of a background in databases and web development, so knew what was technically possible), described it to Jonathan and, to my surprise, his answer was basically, "no problem." Having worked in and with the web design world since it began, I have seen too many "no problems" run quickly into walls (and clients then came to me when their flash-in-the-pan designers suddenly evaporated mid-project). Johnathan delivered everything and MORE, on time and on budget and has been able to quickly troubleshoot any issues I've had with the site as versions of PHP come and go and as I have switched from server to server.Since then Jonathan has become my go-to person for everything having to do with our computer systems, network, peripherals, web applications. I don't have time to do or really keep up with any of this stuff anymore, and it's such a relief to have someone to call who I know will get the job done... period. Jonathan has had to turn down some of my more-complex and time intensive and sensitive requests from time to time, just because of other commitments... which is even more impressive, and keeps me well-assured that he'll never make his company's growing pains into my problem. Integrity, thoroughness, enthusiasm and a pleasure to work with (good prices too... almost too good, but I'm not complaining).

Jonathan (Hearken Media) demonstrates what all clients are looking for: integrity projects completed on time within budget, detailed work, and "going the extra mile". Sometimes I felt that Jonathan understood and could explain some of my project modules better than I did - his insight and initiative proved invaluable. He clearly loves his work and (from my experience) welcomes a good challenge. Jonathan communicates and gives feedback through the project which I appreciate - being kept up to date really keeps the stress levels low. Also with the regular feedback we were able to make quick adjustments and tweaks as the project(s) progressed - instead of a nasty surprise at the end.Jonathan was not only sensitive to my needs and deadlines but took into consideration my client's deadlines - keeping everyone on par and good relations. Most of the time I was trying to keep up with Jonathan's progress - kept me on my toes!Keep up the great work Jonathan!
