Feedback:
Poor or in some cases no responses to the needs of our business, e-mails would go unanswered for days, premium pricing for canned solutions, no integration to social media, Yext, etc. Extremely poor metrics and KPI's for banner ads and Facebook effectiveness. We are having to spend additional time and money to make up for their lack of capabilities to market our business. Look elsewhere.

Worst company to do business with. Horrible customer service. If I could, I would leave no stars. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this company needs to be exposed.

I not sure why this company has poor reviews? I really had a great experience with them. Particularly internet website development. Soo many choices for website designs. I felt Hearst did was great. Customer service was the best. Call them and ask for Ms.Ursalla. ,she was smart and very easy to communicate with. I will only buy internet products through them before ever using anyone else..it a big market out there..I would recommend Hearst here in Houston

Hearst Media / Houston Chronicle have made many promises regarding job search results and advertising and guarantees they have ways of reaching out to professionals that “Indeed and those others sites” cannot... It was a complete and total disaster. We paid $1200 and the 7 unqualified resumes in no way add up to what was promised. When I called to ask what the problem was she acted shocked and said let me check. A few days later when we still had nothing she offered to run the ad again for $500 when I declined she offered to run it free of charge I also declined that offer. Now that they have our money they are saying they cannot guarantee the types of applicants we get.
