always was extremely satisfied with our car insurance and renters policy. just purchased a home and told them from the get go that the home did not have a fire hydrant around the property what so ever. get a phone call after all the closing was done that they would have to charge us 134/year more because of no fire hydrant. insurance inspector clearly didnt know what they were doing either as they tried to say we were missing shingles, when we weren't. so we are receiving a bill for the difference in what we are already going to paying with our mortgage monthly. not very impressed, when it was addressed up front, and they waited until AFTER closing and all the paperwork was complete.

The staff at the office will do everything they can to get you the best price. The only thing you have to watch out for is the company they put you with.
