Sales men attitudes are very poor. As there is a line to turn in payment and order forms, the salesman rudely said we have our lunch to go to and told two students to come back after school as if these students aren’t busy after school such as my self with a job.

I worked here a year ago for 2 years. At first the job wasn’t that bad but after about 6 months into the job I noticed that I was being used to do the heavy stuff cause I was a guy. Lots of favoritism with boss and co workers. It’s not a bad place but it’s not a great place to work. During school times you will be required to work 6-7 days a week until school is out. I ended up leaving the place due to the boss not letting me leave at my scheduled time. He asked me if I could stay an extra hour and I told him I couldn’t so then he made it mandatory! I literally laughed cause I’ve never seen somebody pull their power like that, oh wait I have! He told me if I left at my scheduled time then I needed to hand over my badge so I handed it over. People fail to realize that we have life’s outside of work. Vacation time and raises were nice but if you’re looking to have a life outside of work then I wouldn’t choose this place. As most jobs it all depend if you’re liked or not. You can work your heart out and still never get noticed and others get to sit down and work less for more $$$. It’s sad how pathetic jobs treat people these days. As far as my experience with herff Jones I wouldn’t work here but you might find it different. I just don’t tolerate disrespect and being used at a job. Only so much I can take. I was always summoned like a janitor to take trash to dumpster. Lol. Stay away. Find something better. Never settle for not being happy

Could probably hire more agents to answer telephone's considering the wait times people are having. Also the products apparently take a while to ship. Lacking in quality, but didn't have a choice because this is who my school chooses to take care of graduation stuff.

This place is an absolute garbage heap of idiocy, I ordered a graduation gown and cap and received a torn cap, and it was for ANOTHER SCHOOL. My ring was ordered almost a year ago and hasn't come, and whenever I call in to see what happened to it, they say they have no record of me every buying the ring. 400 dollars down the drain.
