Learning how to manage and maintain the website at my workplace was really daunting to me, but I was so incredibly surprised and pleased to see how personable, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff has been. Nathan stayed on the phone with me for more than an hour during a screen share session, and I learned so much! He is very knowledgeable and eager to make customers feel empowered to work with their website. There is no such thing as a silly question here, and it was so refreshing to work with a real person in this world that is increasingly more automated. Thank you so so much again, Nathan!

I am exceptionally pleased with the speed and accuracy of our website. The Herkimer crew is fantastic and had our site built quickly and were more than willing to work with the challenges presented by our buying cycle and our digital environment. Our needs are unique and our users both from a customer and employee perspective run the gamut between skill sets and whether you are a novice or an expert, you can navigate the site with little issue. What I personally like is that it just makes sense! The common sense solutions to common navigation problems really make it a no-brainer!Herkimer's service is also second to none. We always get support when we need it and when we have a problem all we have to do is send a quick email or make a call and they are on it right away. I can’t say enough about the service, and in this day and age, all too rare!When we find we have a special request, we work out what we want to do to solve it, whether it be a page, a link, a new form or service and the team develops it for us to meet our requests. The Herkimer team is ALWAYS willing to help suggest new ways to use the site to reach customers in creative ways; getting more for our money than we ever imagined! I highly recommend Herkimer Media and Timber/Timber Adopt to anyone!
