Dave at Hidden Depth performed a site audit on our 4-year-old and definitely outdated e-commerce site. Our sales were steadily declining and competition for online sales was increasing all the time. The Website Audit opened my eyes to all the problems on the site. All the recommendations were right-on and not obvious to someone who looks at their own site all day (like me). It is nice to have an outside perspective from a web pro that could see things we weren't seeing. Dave provided detailed suggestions on what to fix and what we were already doing right. His insight gave us the push we needed to make an investment and update our site. I am looking forward to the new site and watching our sales grow.
