The Hair Free Laser Institute has been working with Dave since we opened our business over 10 years ago. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very fast to reply when we have questions or are wanting to make changes to our website. Dave originally set up our website for the business and has recently updated it to make it mobile friendly. Dave has also done search engine optimization which has drawn in more clientele and gained more exposure. Dave also hosts our website and is excellent at making suggestions and supporting our business when things can be updated or improved. He not only makes the suggestions but offers to help implement them when they are out of our scope of knowledge or comfort. Although I have never met him in person, Dave has always been very personable on the phone and has not only been in direct contact with myself in management; he also connects with our team when we need monthly updates to our site. When we have any questions or concerns he is always happy to help and never has made us feel like we are asking a silly question. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a business owner that takes pride in his work, builds genuine relationships with his clients and goes above and beyond to make the experience stress free.
