We own a veterinary office. We had hired HighStreet for years to help with our low level marketing needs, and we were very pleased with their service and concern for our little business. For years, they politely recommended that we build a website, which thing we were not even close to interested in, because we just did not want another generic veterinary website. We told them that once we could discover something unique, we would move forward.A couple of years later, podcasting came about, and that was just what we were looking for. One of our doctors started recording podcasts, and Highstreet did all the boring, tedious, and frustrating backend work to get the podcasts up, and into the iTunes Store. We were the very first veterinary podcast source in the world, and even Apple wrote up a little recommendation for us in their online newsletter. Those were fun days.Since that time, our little practice has grown into new services, a new location, and higher income, all thanks to the hardworking and professional people at Highstreet.

I have engaged Highstreet Advertising on five different video projects. Four of them were work related and one was personal. All turned out fantastic. The four work related ones were the filming and production of two video testimonials,and then the filming and/or production of video clips from our shop to use as video segments on our website. Highstreet did a fantastic job paying attention to the audio, the lighting, the action (or lack thereof) in the background, putting featured personalities at ease in front of the camera, and then providing superb editing and production work. One particularly challenging one was a three hour video of a machine at work which was compressed into a nine minute time-lapse video that showcases the machine's capabilities. On a personal front, I worked with them to create a sports highlight reel for my son to promote to prospective college coaches. They did an outstanding job with that as well.I particularly appreciate how Highstreet's staff is comfortable "pushing back" against my own ideas. I bring experience and knowledge about the subject matter to the videos we've done together; however, they can see where that same experience and knowledge is NOT known by the intended viewers. They are good at communicating/debating those points so that the final video products are not just completed, but purposefully effective.

I have worked with 6 or 7 marketing companies in the last twelve years all of them had an agenda and or something they pushed for there benefit. Not at Highstreet Advertising! JT and Katie have been great to work with from the very beginning. Most recently they have done very well with with our Google ad words campaign and a few new landing pages. In dealing with multiple marketing companies over the last decade Highstreet has really stood out above the rest. They communicate well about what you are getting for what you pay for, what they need, and what recommendations would be most effective for your goals. They work with you on options for marketing scenarios giving you all the options you could ask for while working within your budget decisions. I decided to go with High Street after years of doing my business cards online and always having one mistake or another wrong with my business cards. One of the best decisions I made. They designed my new business cards and they are absolutely beautiful ! Everyone I hand one to comments on how beautiful and nice they are . The raised print and gold foil added so much to the look. I appreciate all the time they spent on working with me to achieve the perfect card to represent my business. Will continue to stick with professionals who know what their doing.

I can’t say enough about Highstreet Advertising! I work with a non-profit and they helped us re-do our entire website. Website designer Katie is superb. Our new website layout is very clean, logical and pleasing to the eye. We no longer have guests confused as to where to go and what to click on. Katie and her team even went out of their way to research an online booking system specifically tailored to the classes we offer, learned all the ins and outs, and have been with us teaching and training along the way.
