John is easy to work with, listens to client goals, provides an excellent framework for putting together a new website, and asks the right questions. He respects deadlines and is responsive. In addition, he is well aware of what's fresh and current in website designs, and encourages clients to be open to new ideas, while incorporating client "must-haves."
