I never had any issues with Mr. Hill , he always seemed to get right on any problems I had with the unit I was renting ... Yes , some of his homes are old and in some cases he is just the property manager (meaning he don't own the homes , he's just responsible for collecting rent money from them . So he's unaware of any issues until he get them) . All in all , I think he's fair and rent is reasonable ....

By far in my opinion the most caring understanding realtor in Hertford county. Ann Bennett is very thorough and respectful throughout the process.

He is not accommodating at all. He will not repaint and is often rude. It sucks that he is the only renter out there!
