Even with early departure you get access to the (limited) breakfast. The info is very hard and you can relatively cheap to rent a car with delivery service. Der Strand ist in 300m Entfernung schnell zu erreichen.Wie alle anderen Kommentare auch berichten, hat uns das Essen anfänglich "von den Socken gehauen". Es gibt reichlich Auswahl, einen Bereich wo live gekocht wird und die Bedienungen sind immer schnell zu Stelle. Allerdings haben wir so viel probieren wollen, dass wir immer sehr "vollgestopft" unterwegs waren. Frühstück gibt es von 08:00-10:30Uhr Abendbrot von 18:30-21:00Uhr. Reist man später an, stellt das Hotel ein Lunchpaket zur Verfügung. Sehr nett. Auch bei früher Abreise bekommt man Zugang zum (eingeschränkten) Frühstück. Die Info ist sehr bemüht und man kann dort relativ günstig ein Auto mit Bringservice mieten. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit gutem Service...mit Kinder nur zu empfehlen.

We had an amazing week here for our first family holiday with our 15 month old little boy. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. The noise level was quite loud at night until around 11, as the hotel itself has entertainment on and so does the hotel behind but our little one slept through and it didn't bother us.. The outdoor pool for the children and the adult pool were freezing!! It was far too cold and we were glad the indoor one was open, as it was lovely and warm.. Although plenty of people were using the outdoor pools.. We never made use of the kids club but spoke to a few couples who said their children had a brilliant time in them and the staff were great and very entertaining and enthusiastic.. We did however go in the soft play room which was a welcome retreat when the weather was very warm outside.. We went SC so can't comment on the food but we ate in a few different places and the best ones were Juan's Steakhouse, El Passieg and Antic, which is a walk down the beach but well worth it.. The weather has been amazing and the beach was clean and sunbeds were plentiful, although the most comfortable ones were 30€ for the day, in my opinion, well worth it once you've factored in the free drink you get with it.. There were still plenty of places to put your own towels and some people even bought parasols from the supermarket.. Definitely tell everyone to get some fresh fruit off the lady who walks up and down the beach with her wheelbarrow and my partner had a massage on the beach which he said was amazing! If you're here on a Wednesday, make sure you visit the market near the Cristobel Pub, most of it is a little repetitive but there are some lovely handmade jewellery, cardigans and puppets..There are plenty of small supermarkets near by but could be pricey.. There is a massive Carrefour about 5 minute walk away from the hotel which is much cheaper and has more variety..All in all it's been a brilliant holiday and we would definitely come back again..

Lovely holiday, in a great apartment, hotel. The staff were very helpful with a smile on their faces. Close to the beach. They organised a mobility scooter for my dad,a couple of weeks before we got there. It is a family hotel and the activities for the children looked great. We were self catering, so we did not eat there. The weather was perfect, which helps.
