I love this place. Been working here almost a year. I still wake up everyday and look forward to going to work. It's a tough job, fast pace and great atmosphere. It's actually the best job I've ever had and I hope to continue to be here until I retire. The facility is always clean. I love my job. :)

I worked for Hit for a very short time thru a temp agency. They put me in a section where I worked with 2 other women, one of which was Maranda that someone else mentioned in their review. She's crazy, she has two personalities I swear! One nice and one so rude you can't believe it. She went to the manager and snitched on me that i was taking my shoes off while i was sitting at my desk with my feet under the desk. WHY? The other girl that was supposed to train me was so busy she barely had any time for me because she was concentrating on doing her work cuz she was trying to learn stuff from another dept. After 3 days, Ken the manager took me in his office and said I wasn't catching on fast enough so he was going to move me to another dept. Then they didn't move me for 2 days, but they did bring in and attempted to train my replacement right in front of me. My feelings were really hurt and it made me feel like I was incompetent. Then they moved me to another dept where I had to sit at a desk right in front of the manager ladies office and in a cubicle with another lower level supervisor, I think her name might have been Lori. Anyways, as I sat with her numerous employees thru out the day would come in and sit in a chair and they would whisper as if i couldn't hear what they were saying. Constantly talking about other people that worked there and then smiling in their faces. It was a very mean girl environment. Anyways, I think it was during my second week there I got the worst cold I have ever had n my life. But at the time I really needed this job so I came in and talked with Ken and told him how sick I was but that i came in because I value my job. I was losing my voice and I had a fever of 101 and a cough and a runny nose, i was disgusting! He told me that I should make the decision and I know if i am sick enough to work or not. So I left. I called out sick the next day. The day after I was still sick so I went in and let him know. I was really losing my voice at this point and I still had a bit of a fever but I was fighting it with cold meds. So I sat at my desk and was working. It was so hard to stay awake being so sick like that. My head nodded a few times, but I didn't want to leave and lose my job. But one time I caught this Lori chick in the head managers office and they were both staring at me. When I looked over at them they laughed like school girls and continued to whisper about me. Finally at 5 as I was leaving I said "see ya tomorrow" to Lori and she replied back under her breath as I walked away thinking I couldnt hear her "No you won't" . The guy from the temp agency called me that night, I had lost my voice so bad that he couldnt tell that it was me or what i was saying, but he told me that I was fired anyway. It hurt me so much being a person that takes pride in my work and I felt like instead of making fun of me they should have said hey thanks for coming in and trying but we can see you are so sick please go home. I felt very depressed after that short time there and being treated like that. But thank God! Now I work at the best call center I have ever worked called Connect Your Care. The people are really nice, the boss lady (is very pretty) and nice and super generous. They are always handing out free food, snacks, pizza, sandwiches, all kinds of stuff when we are busy to thank us for working so hard. Also lots of prizes and bonuses for meeting goals. Anyways, if you have read this far thank you, but my point is don't settle for a job with an environment like Hit Promotions. It will only bring you down. You deserve better! And something better will come along! BTW CYC the co I work for now is hiring!

En el tiempo que estube trabajando tuve mala experiencia oh my god, cinco años de trabajo sin ser de la compañia y no tener ningun beneficio y ganando el salario minimo 8.50, porque la culpa de todo esto lo tienen los manager, benefician a su gente , SOLO ALBANOS Y CHINOS ( LOS PRIVILEGIADOS) los manager no estan preparados, no tienen nivel cultural, no tienen etica profesional, el unico que tenia estas cualidades era YAM un joven estudiado y preparado en este pais , era el unico que trataba bien a las personas sin importar de donde fueran y lo botaron injustamente, pero gracias a dios le hicieron un favor , ahora tiene un trabajo digno de su persona como se lo merece. not a good company to work for the supervisors like that mario guy and the chick who follows him around have huge egos and dont care about the workers they just treat workers like slaves and if you not good in a certain department and they move you to another and do good when they meet their production goals they just fire you like a nusense. no knowledge about product, terrible attitude and customer service, inventory not to be trusted. totally unreliable solving their own problems. we have lost multiple clients thanks to them, very outdated system. although this a first time writing a negative review about someone, once I got to read all the posted reviews here, I realized how unhappy their personnel is or was. many years ago, they used to be good and concern about clients, very different story today. we have pulled all their products from our website.shame on you Hit Destruction

Unfortunately I spend 7 years of my life working for this company I give them everything of me never said no to them always on time , always trying to do the best of me working hard and long hours and next thing you know they fire me for no reason at all after 7 years but you guys did a huge favor anyways I was ready to leave Thanks god im out of this place , I can’t work in a company that have 0 care about the employees one thing I always said those who work in there are the one who make this company the way it is now and you don’t care about them VERY BAD and I’m talking about From the top managements all the way to the bottom (DONT MAKE ME WRONG THERE ARE MANY GREAT PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIT )they are just in the wrong place management have 0 respect for the people and that’s bad for a 400 million dollars company , Just think about it how they got where they at now ?? is not a hard question thanks to all the people working there without them you are nobody YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE THEM ALOT MORE AND NOT JUST THINK THEY ARE ANIMALS it was enough for me one time when I hear the owner calling somebody STUPID in front of others employees , Another of my VERY BAD experience I had was one person having allergy in his skin from some chemicals and this just shocked me when the PLANT MANAGER CLAY said exact same words because I was there at that moment next to hem When he said I DONT CARE ABOUT HEM IF HE CANT DO IT I FIND SOMEBODY ELSE wow really ?? that day I was done Is just sad that there is so many good and hard worker people that are giving everything they have and you treat them like that this is not the way I run business I guess this is the way hit run , I met many hard worker people that been there for over 5 years and still making minimum wage come on for a 400 million company mmmm again that show 0 care for your employees one good thing I have to said the time I work there I met many great people many smart people and learn a lot I was a supervisor here for almost 7 years and I like to help people I care about the employees because like I always will said WITH OUT THE PEOPLE YOU ARE NOBODY and unfortunately this is not the way this company do business and if you work here you know exactly what I’m taking about this is just a couple Things that I experienced over the years working for HIT and realized that if they don’t care about their employees they don’t care about me either so why I should care about them and when I start realizing that was the moment I know that this company was not for me and I should move on years ago and that’s exactly what I did , this is just a couple of many bad things that I experience over the years working for HIT so if you thinking working there Please think twice this is not the job that you want for your future or for your family there are many things out there to do then working for A company that have 0 care for the employees .
