Client Review on Hollywood Signs

Very disappointed. I called to have them do a logo for me, first day I called I spoke to a lady she asked me to forward the art I already had and that she would work on it and get back to me. Next day I called to see if anything had been done since I'm working on a deadline and the owner answered and said he would do his best to have something ready for me that day before 5. Day came and went and nothing! I called the third day and the lady I spoke to the first day tells be she cant do anything without paying $75 dollars upfront and only then could they even begin to work on it?! REALLY!? That is what I call bad service, I lost 3 days that I could have used another company. I have no problem paying the $75 dollars but why not tell me that from day one? Why waste my time? Never again!
