The staff of this company looks, feels, dried up . No life with-in...You go for a job interview and the one who does the interview even do not know what the heck he/she is doing, and was less attentive. Even the simpliest form of formality has been compromised. Far worst would rate this company "0" in terms of hiring...

I have worked for Home Care Assistance for 2 years and have felt nothing but love for this company and the managers who run it. The owners have created a welcoming environment for both clients and caregivers where needs and wishes are always addressed and high-quality care supersedes all. Management believes in a harmonious work-life balance. Therefore they extend to their employees the amount of hours they are looking for, are flexible with those who have other outside responsibilities (i.e. school), and always guarantee time-off for vacations and sick days. Clients, on the other hand, are never left abandoned on a shift. If the client requests for a shift to be covered on any particular day and time, they can rest assured that a caregiver will be there on time, ready and eager to serve. The positive environment established by management causes a domino effect. Employees are happy to go to work and truly yearn to make a difference in their client's lives. Likewise, clients love their caregivers and know that at any time their comments will be heard and acted upon by management. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has their CNA or caregiving certificate and wants to work for a team who cares about and respects them. Anyone looking for help with a loved one or for themselves is also strongly encouraged to pursue this company as they will not let you down!

We could not have been happier with the 12-hour a day care my husband received as his Parkinson's Disease progressed. I so appreciate the owners' sincere interest in his personality and special needs. Because of their flexibility, we ended up with two caregivers who were an absolutely perfect fit. Besides being extremely capable professionally, these strong young women were unfailingly dependable, sensitive, caring, and kind. I am so grateful for everyone's full commitment to the comfort and care of my husband in the final months of his life.
