I really appreciated the staff with HMS. I was just trying to gather information on what the Home Buying process was and they took the time to explain to me. I felt valued from the start. I was able to get a realistic 'snap shot' of where I stood. I was well aware of the need for some additional work - however, not near as much as I had expected. I have set myself a realistic time frame and look forward to reaching back out once I am ready to begin this journey. Thank you very much!

My wife and I had our first visit with them today. Everyone is so nice and breaks things down for you to understand and they didn’t beat around the bush. Everyone is so laid back and welcoming. We even got to meet Bob himself, he even talked to my mom and by the end of the appointment we knew what we needed to do and all of our questions were answered.

I give them a two, I know they mean well, but they couldn't find us a house around the area we wanted to stay in, they try to send us to Godley Texas, that's about 30 minutes away from everything, I like the area out there and it would it been a brand new house which is hard to get and I wouldn't mind the drive but we couldn't afford to pay half more of what we pay for now. Thanks anyway

Ok so let me explain how amazing HMS is, my fiancé didn’t even think we could get into a home much less the beautiful new construction home we have now. Maureen Cappallo is absolutely amazing! she helped explain everything to us, how a mortgage works and what’s included in your monthly payment and how the buying process works. our lender actually worked with maureen and he got us an amazing deal with a good interest rate. The builder was trying to push us to close by march 31st instead of april 2nd and Bob called me letting me know what was going on and how he was going to handle it. HMS got us into our dream home and took care of everything. They’re customer service is incredible, they do what is best for their clients and truly went above and beyond for us. I will definitely recommend HMS to everyone. even if you think there is no way you can afford a home or your credit isn’t that great, just go talk to them and they will help you to prepare for buying a home!

The experience my Wife and I had was amazing. I was looking into Lexington Law to help build my credit to be able to buy a home. With the help of HMS we should be able to in less than a year. Very helpful company. I suggest you give them a chance.

This was by FAR, the best decision I made to call them. I’m always clicking on ads for home mortgages and when I get to the contact me page... I chicken out because I hate to be on the phone when I can’t pass the qualification phase. I don’t know what made me want to put my information in, something in my heart told me. Terri, just try it!! So I did. I put my name and number. About two hours later I got a phone call from Jim. He didn’t bombard me with bull****. He was a normal person, asking me questions that might disqualify me. Nothing crazy, just like bankrupt, owe taxes, things of that sort. All answers were no. He scheduled us an appt THAT same day. We took in all the info they requested and no later than an hour of getting there. We had a smile on our face!! THIS COMPANY IS FOR REAL PEOPLE WITH A REAL LIFE! I’ve seen a few homes bought and it is complicated! These guys make it easy! Everything you need under ONE roof! We were approved and ready to rock and roll! Wanna build a home? Want a pre existing one? Do you just want a home of your own?!??! Come here! They really do help! I can’t be thankful enough!
