Overall Feedback:

Poor & slow response. Refuse to continue second part of project due to first part’s failure to deliver customer’s expectations - unreasonable to penalize customer on rounds of amendments, instead the team should reflect of on its own mistakes that required in those amendment rounds. Unprofessional and not customer centric. All communication via email (not via phone calls) which the latter can be better explained. Utterly disappointed working with Steven Fang and Linda Ng team. Given those good reviews, none is true.
