Called monday set up for a tech to come out Wednesday. Told them to call when on the way because children were home so one of us could meet them there. No one did so they left because no adults were home. Thursday they were suppose to be here around 8 am and called at 820 they haven't even left yet. Cancelled because I had to get to work... What great customer service 😡
