Client Review on Hostbaby

Feedback:

Terrible customer service. Called and an associate named Eric hung up on me. Called right and spoke to a Michelle who tried to justify him hanging saying it was an accident when he clearly hung right. No manager was available to speak to. It was like called someones house with some ppl passing a phone around. Terrible service. Was told when the supervisor gets back in town tha Monday they would have him contact but still havent heard from him. Stay away from these ppl
