Very very bad experience and extremely disappointed.We have been informed that they were experiencing a phising attack and because of that we have not being able to connect to our account. We called the customer service several times, no solution, only standarized service. Still...no solution and when you call them you have to pay 1.19CHF /minute even if you call them because of their own problem, no solution, no refund, no help
