Really fantastic resort with very friendly staff, all inclusive is very good, food generally very good but could be a little hotter however this is typical of buffet style service, I honestly don't know how some people can claim the food is poor. Only reason for 4 star is the absolutely awful evening entertainment as mentioned by many other people.

We stayed here in mid October and were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. Firstly the staff were so welcoming and accommodating for us and our son who has food allergies. They created a set menu for him and served his food to the table very meal. Sergie, Tamara and all the kitchen & waiting staff were brilliant. We were on an all inclusive package and the buffet in the restaurant had a huge variety of nice food to choose from and would cook up fresh meat/fish for you while you waited. The location of the hotel is perfect - right next to the beach and a great sea view in all the rooms. Also close to bars/restaurants etc in Sa Coma.The cleanliness of the rooms and building was also superb. The entertainment in the evening and the kids club from Luciana and Pedro was fantastic - our boys loved it. Highly recommend this hotel to all!

Wir waren 9 Tage im Oktober dort und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten AI gebucht und waren mit dem Essen mehr als zufrieden. Jeden Tag wurden Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Fleisch frisch gebraten. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich egal ob in der Küche, die Zimmermädchen oder an der Bar . Besonders Fernando an der Rezeption war absolut sympathisch. Auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen.Die meisten Gäste waren Briten, was wir allerdings sehr angenehm fanden. Wir hatten zuvor Bedenken, dass es dort sehr laut sein würde, war es aber gar nicht. 22 Uhr war die Animation zu Ende und dann war meistens auch Ruhe. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns die Animation. Irgendwie sehr langweilig, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Absolut empfehlenswert und sehr wahrscheinlich fahren wir auch mal wieder dort hin. Danke an das tolle Team! Liebe Grüße JaRa

hi have had 2 years on holiday 2018/2019 what a great hotel evert think i would want from holiday,yes i do have 2 moans 1st pool very cold we walked to the beach as the sea was warmer 2nd one night the reception bar only had 1 member of staff 30 min to get a drink wentto reception to complain the guy on there told me to go to restraunt i thought it was his job.not mine

Awesome hotel. Perfect location. Great staff. Go b&b coz great selection of restaurants all within max 10min walk n all are reasonable prices, if not cheap prices n great quality . breafasts at hotel great selection n it's hot food!. Walk across the broadwalk n there is the Med. No drunks around, no loud parties etc . what else do you want?!
