This company had the worst onboarding and PPC services I ever experienced. Their project tracking system is horrible and something that you would have seen ten years ago. Legacy is not even the right word. I believe the President created it, and it is in Cold Fusion which says a lot. Their client communication is also dreadful partly because of the project tracking system and because they will have five people working on one issue and each of them have no idea what is going on. Forget about trying to get them on the phone, no one ever picked up when I called. Also, it would seem every person I attempted to work with was an intern or kid still in school. Comcast customer service does a better job!It took over four weeks just to get on-boarded to start using them for PPC. It was a ridiculous amount of time, which the soul purpose to hire them was to save time. So here is the worst part, after two months only one converted sale and 2k down the drain on ad spend and 1k on service fees. I fired them and took it back to myself. Of course, the three months choke hold contract they did not let me out of the last month even with the poor experience and service.So here is a permanent review eyesore from me to you. Enjoy!
