Huckestein Printing is under new management and it's AWEFUL!! We want Tammy back!! We have been doing business for years. We will go elsewhere now. This year we got an invoice with a total amount and no other details: number of copies, color or b/w, number of pages, tax. I was told that information was in a spec sheet that was already provided. However, it wasn't provided and it couldn't be provided by them. The "new invoicing" has been done since 2016 and that was all I was going to get. SURPRISE, I pulled up my 2017 invoice and all the information that I was asking for was there. I was lied to and degraded because I was asking for details of what was purchased. I wanted to pay the bill but need the backup for the files. HIP Printing is a Zelie company...we are going there.
