We are the homeowner in Marina Bay. We have had good experience with Jeana Davidson and the members of Hudson Management. We went to the board meeting several times. At each meeting, Jeana and the board members were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. They did their due diligence to offer complete solutions for us. We really appreciate their hard work.

Worse company ever. They don't return calls or emails. Care less about health and safety issues. Everyone just passing the buds.

This place is horrible. They did an electrical panel/meter upgrade on my building( I'm not a home owner, I'm a renter) and my pg&e went from 80-100 dollars a mouth to 400-500 a month. When I called and talked to the manager(Brent, I do not know his last name) of the Hudson Management, he told me that I had to contact pg&e because I am the customer at the residence. I did this and PG&E told me that I did not have to contact them and that the Property Managment place should do that. I called and left multiple messages for Brent the manager. He never returned any of my phone calls. Beings that I'm being charged over 4 to 5 times as much as I should( I can't afford it, I got a whole bunch of overdraft fees from my bank. I couldn't even afford to eat lunch or dinner for two or three days) and he was not returning my phone calls. So I called your emergency line. He still did not return my calls and so I called him back and he finally answered. He proceeded to tell me that I was being charge for the emergency call because it was not an emergency( I feel when I can't buy myself food it is an emergency to me, also I believe something is wrong with the wiring, so it is possible it can be an electrical emergency). Also he told me I have no rights and he would not talk to me anymore because I am not a homeowner I am only a renter. I asked if I could speak with his superior and he told me that he is the manager and it goes no higher than him. I feel I was treated very poorly. With my experience I would give negative stars if it were possible. I had to pick one just so I could post this. I would not recommend this management company to anybody. Im still currently in the process of getting this fixed. I Would really appreciate a response, and how I can get a hold of someone higher up than the manager. Thank you for your time.

They suck! That manage condo where I live on Kenwal they do not communicate w/ people, like last week no water all day... Why??? They don't know. . You think they would let us know... No!!! Not that long a go in am I'm woken up by someone walking on my roof ... You think they would let people know what is going on and let us know between this time and that time we will be clean gutters. No The worst management company ever! Very poor costumer service and bad comunication.

I have lived in the Bay Area my whole life and of all the comparable HOA Management companies they seem to have the most presentable and professional service of all. I was recommended by a fellow coworker who uses them, and was impressed. Of the places around they have lower fees, but they are NOT a big time company. They have a small feel, making them more personable. I had a problem with a roof leak, and instead of a phone call they met with me in person to discuss the options. If you are looking for a personable HOA Management company this is the place. But, if you are looking to overpay and receive spotty customer service go elsewhere.
