Before working with Huma Solutions, I wasn't aware of how much an impact our Google rankings made on prospective clients. From working with the team, we have shot up the rankings but have also learned some valuable and extremely useful lessons about search engine optimization for the future.The website was also a great addition for us, and they listened to all of our requirements and managed to produce a website that worked great just for us.Would recommend to other business owners, particularly if you want to get high in the search rankings.Warm Regards,Koorosh

Hey, everyone, I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take the time to write this one and share my experience because it meant a lot to me. Team of Huma Solutions and I got together and started an SEO campaign in early January. I was keen on having my firm's website come up on the first page of Google for multiple cities across Canada. I don't think revealing the exact business name of my firm would be a good idea, but I'm glad to say that we are now dominating for many of the competitive local searches we were targeting, and the rankings have been stable. Huma Solutions is extremely knowledgeable on anything Google, and I always feel that my website is in safe hands for any future Google updates. I highly recommend this company.Bryan

I do not recommend to use this company at all, as there are not any support provided after you become their client. They do not even have a courtesy to return your emails or phone calls. I want to use another designer to fix my website and I realized I have limited access and I called them to get the access information to give it to the new designer, but as of today none of my emails or phone calls have been answered, even i called Amir cell and left a message, no response. Stay away, waste of money. No star.

In March 2017 our First impression was good as their office is in Canada Place. The owner Amir, did most of the talking because his assistant who was there hardly spoke english. Our website was to be up and running by May so the SEO would start/get indexed(?) by our business launch date of July1. Put it this way, our site is just now, end of October 2017 up and running smoothly and looking how we wanted it to look due to the help of another designer.Anyways, once we agreed to hire them to build our website and fix another that had been hacked (which Huma apparently rebuilt for $1500- with no visible changes and major glitches- i'm having it done properly now), it was obvious how bad their communication skills were. Instead of actually listening to our needs they quickly talked over us, treated us like we didnt know what we were talking about what-so-ever. (This is my 5th business & website- I do know a fair amount about web)It seems that Amir's wife Kathy (who is not listed on the website at all) does most of web work and is supposed to be highly regarded and experienced. Aside from completely lacking in any natural design skills what-so-ever (we had to hand hold her with regards to color, banner placement, slide rotation speed etc...) When we asked to have a photo credit placed on a photo we had permission to use she placed the photographers full name in 30point font in the middle of the home page. It was so ridiculous I thought it was a computer glitch or plug in issue. No, it was simply that she didnt even understand what we were asking nor the need to give credit for photos used nor that it should not be the focal point of the entire website!?! lol!!! This again was a glowing example of her utter lack of communication skills and huge lack of web development skills!. When I talked about adding industry key words she totally ignored me. our phone calls and emails were ignored probably 80% of the time until we became such a nuisance they couldn't ignore us.Sure, English is obviously not her first language, but it was the way she talked over us over and over. It was so incredibly frustrating & rude! I could honestly go on and on... We felt like we were doing most of the work and when we needed help, the site was down, emails weren't working or something just wasn't right again, it would take 3-5 days for them to get back to us if at all, and would take us asking at least 3 more times to get the simplest of things done! ...like changing the name of the city we lived in as we moved, which I just had done by a word press web designer in our new town who is also astonished at the mistakes and wrong plug ins and things that weren't updated ever or properly. The only good thing I have to say about them is that they let us out of our contract. Kathy did subtly make everything as difficult as possible. That was kind of her way all along. If there's an easy way to do something or a quick answer that I know she can give me in 2 seconds she'll ignore us or add 10 more steps to make it way more difficult. honestly they were probably as sick of us as we were of them... but we had to be that way to get anything done! I have worked with many web designers & graphic designers over the years and with this company id say buyer beware! Ask for her credentials! This is NO WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS! One last note: My husband is a University teacher and plumber. He has the patience of a saint. But after months of dealing with these people he flat refused to talk to them any longer. He found it to frustrating being ignored and talked over.
