The space is nice and being near the quayside is quite attractive, but it can be inefficient and communication isn't always the best. We've had to clarify a number of issues surrounding access and the internet, which doesn't help.It does remain an expensive option given the location.

My brother and I rent an office in the Teapot Studios, the facilities and atmosphere here are second to none. Since there are so many different companies it has a great community feeling.

The parking system is very unfair! You are photographed when entering and on leaving the site! I used 3 different car parks over 67 minutes and received a £100 fine ( £60 if paid within 14 days)It is not clear that the 60 minute free parking covers all car parks on the site!£120! for my daughter and I to visit! Never again

Opened an office here in 2016, and it has been great! The team are very supportive and friendly - the venue is great for our training courses (great facilities and catering!). Happily recommend to people looking for lovely office space, with a fun, creative and digital vibe.

Hoults Yard is a vibrant, modern and creative business centre - with a really nice atmosphere to match. It makes coming to work fun, with lots of events happening throughout the year including cool street food pop ups, and a trendy cafe. The Hoult's staff are amazing and there is a great vibe between all of the companies on site. Its a place you can feel proud of when entertaining customers and visitors. I also love the fact I can go to Elite Fitness on my lunch break to keep in shape! 10/10

We moved our business into the Yard in Feb this year and we haven't looked back. There's something about the vibe in the Yard that makes it a pleasure to be around.. it's like a little community full of interesting businesses that all get along together. Having a range of businesses on your doorstep is really handy should you need the services of someone else. There's always somebody on hand to offer advice or put you in touch with someone that can help - or do business with. Julie, Laura, Jess, Charlie and the team here do their best to make the Yard a fun place to do business in. The cafe is great for networking and there's some fab artwork around the place too.
