Feedback:

Come here if you wish to die. 😊

Feedback:

Very good place

Feedback:

I was there for tachycardia. They didn’t put me in a monitor even though I had a previous heart attack. They left me in a hallway where I smoked a cigarette right in front of a nurses station. I needed fluids. The nurse couldn’t get an IV in so she told me I had to drink as I was throwing up in a bucket. A Dr said he was going to do pancreatic tests. He never did. Drive as far as you can to go to another hospital

Feedback:

Currently going on 3 hours for a open head wound on my autistic 7 year old. In that time the college kid who arrived 30 minutes after us, with blisters from a sunburn, has been treated and released. Virtually no information, we’ve seen the doctor for a total of 2 minutes, and we’re still waiting...with our 2 year old in tow screaming her head off, for something to be done. The nurse who applied numbing cream seemed like she had never applied anything to anyone in her life...god help anyone needing an IV. Also he was supposed to be seen 20 minutes after the numbing cream; it’s been almost 40. I’ve never had such a poor experience. There have been no emergencies since we arrived, and virtually no additional patients. Knowing what I now know I’d drive to just about any other hospital in New England before I came here again...seriously; if it’s not life, limb, or eyesight I’d go elsewhere.

Feedback:

ER thank you. Arriving for the weekend in the area discovered I had a dvt. We went to this unknown emergency room because it was close by. Everyone we encountered was professional and extremely friendly. Yes we had to wait in between ultrasound and seeing the doctor but compared to our local ER in NY, this place was amazing. Thank you to everyone who helped me in the ER.

Feedback:

I will say the emergency room staff is fantastic, it does get busy because it's small so sometimes there is a wait. It's when you get admitted the problems start. Don't think for a second that just because a loved one is in this hospital they are getting proper care!

Feedback:

My father went to ER having chest pains. They left him laying on a gurney in the hallway for three hours without anyone checking on him, no monitors, no EKG.. Frustrated he walked out. He died hours later that night of cardiac arrest. They knew he had history of cardiac issues and basically they denied him medical treatment for three hours. He called us after he left telling us he couldn’t be seen and that he was heading back to Acton. I called Addison Gilbert to complain more than an hour and a half after he walked out and they didn’t even know he had left? I was told it was a common occurrence for ER patients to walk out??? Are you kidding me???????? The most reckless & incompetent hospitals and staff I've ever run across.

Feedback:

Avoid this hospital at all costs it's a starting point only,a place to be transported from.
