Was a little hesitant on going with IAHomes at first, but seeing lots of positive reviews, I gave it a shot. And I'm glad I did - worked out great. We got to work with JJ, who did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. Our house sold fairly quickly in a low-point in the real-estate season. Would highly recommend working with IAHomes.

Mike Pfeiffer was a great advocate for us on our home selling journey. We used IAHomes after getting some referrals for them. We were selling an investment property (our first) and needed to maximize our savings so we decided to sell it ourself with IAHomes. After failing to sell our home with a realtor in 2016 we signed up for For Sale By Owner with IA Homes early in 2017. After working with Tim and Mike and IA Homes we listed our house and accepted an offer after just one open house! We never realized by going FSBO we would actually be getting MORE support than our relator provided, and all of this without paying any realtor commissions!! IA Homes are the best - CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!

We first brought in a local realtor when thinking about selling our home, but we didn't get a good feeling they were looking out for our best interest. In our opinion, their fees were high and the sell price was low so they could get a quick pay check. After talking with Mike over the phone and having Tim come to the house, we were assured we could do this on our own. Our final selling price was much higher than what the realtor wanted to list and we sold in 9 days!. Additionally, we saved on the seller fees we would have incurred with a realtor. The team at IAHomes was there every step of the way and answered every single question, so we never felt we were doing this alone. Without a doubt, I would use IAHomes again and recommend to all my friends to do the same
