I personaly don't like to give a bad report but I report facts. I know a lot of work this company has done and have been pleased with other peoples work that I have seen. I went to store 5 weeks ago. stood there 4-5minutes before someone spoke to me. There was 5 people in the store behind counter. A guy finally approached me. Spoke to me filled out a paper with my info and told me he'd have someone call me. To this day have not had a returned phone call or persistent follow up. Communication is my number one factor regardless how good a company's work is.
