I can't thank Identity Links enough for the last order I placed. I had tried placing an order with another company, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. It took forever to get a response, and by the time everything was all settled, the other company finally told me they couldn't deliver my order for the date I needed the items. So I search around and found Identity Links. Right away I knew it was going to be a better experience. The communication was fast, and the process was easy. I had a very tight deadline because of the hassle with the other company, but Identity Links assured me they could deliver my products on time. I placed the order with them, and not only did they deliver the goods on time, but they actually delivered them a day early. It's not easy to find good customer service anymore. But I found it with Identity Links. They've earned my business for future orders, and I'll continue to work with them, as their prices and service have been exceptional.

I had a great experience with Bart at Identity Links! They were so easy to work with and got my proofs back to me very quickly. Even better they got my stuff to me in about nine days, which was amazing because I totally ordered them with almost no time before my event. The sharpies are amazing and were a total hit at my event, because who doesn't love a sharpie! The pricing was right, the service was excellent and I will totally be back for future swag needs!
