Worst service ever! Orders take way longer than anticipated and they give zero explanation. There’s no follow through on their end when your order doesn’t go out. You have to chase them in order to get an answer. I would never recommend using them for anything!

The worst. Placed an order for my nephew's Xmas gift on 12/10 and was told it would ship in 7-10 biz days, still waiting after the holiday. Customer service is never never never available - I'm leaving voicemails at an 800 number and getting no response. But they certainly billed me in time.The. Worst.

I didn't get a sweatshirt I ordered when the group was delivered to the school. After calling Identity Stores, they sent a new one to my house and even gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Way to be customer service oriented!
